1. What area do you cover?
We try to cover as much as we can as a single company, we will cover the listed areas. Cranberry Township, Seven Fields, Mars, North Hills, Shaler Township and the areas in between.
2. What if we are not in those areas but not too much farther?
We can work out the extra miles by adding 43 cents a mile. We know sometimes service is hard to reach but we try to make it to you. The 43 cents is due to the extra gas we use trying to get your satisfaction.
3. What if we can’t afford the extra miles and don’t need a in home service?
We can meet you at a location that is best for you. We are able to work out times and the day you would like to meet.
4. What if i need to pay with a check?
Valid ID is required to prove that the check is valid as well to be on are safe side we like to check and see if the check is able to processed beforehand.
5. What if I write a check but need to wait a few days before we can make it able to be clear?
Please tell us and write a selected date you would like it to be removed. But it may not be longer than three business days.
6 What if a check bounces?
We will contact you and as well a $25 fee will be added for the waited time, we try to prevent this buy giving you a three day grace period on the day of the service or when service is returned.
7. Do i have to pay when you come?
No. We only ask for it when the job is done and to your satisfaction.
8. What kind of payment do you take?
Cash or Check and Now accepting all major credit cards on the spot.
9. How long can the service take?
All the IN HOME service are able to be completed as quick as possible since we don't charge by the hour or any amount of time, we focus on your satisfaction. All of our TAKE BACK service are completed in less then 3 days. 90% chance you will have it back the next day and the time thats best for you.
